I developed a set of branding for Corna Storr a tasteful Coffee Storr, drawing inspiration from travel and design to infuse urban culture into the Rhos on Sea neighbourhood. Paying homage to the previous 80’s Cycling Shop (Ron Holland Cycles)
Using shapes, I created an identity that blends elements from cycling icons Merckx and Mongoose, influencing the typography across the branding, with a subtle reference to the yellow jersey of the Tour de France. Additionally, I incorporated elements from the storrs surroundings—the beach and waves—by integrating curves from coastal architecture to form the Corna 'C'.
It's a thoughtfully designed space that showcases the talents of various makers and designers, each contributing their expertise in food, graphic design, and architecture to craft a modern setting for an exceptional coffee experience.
